Lensed by Johanna Kirsch and styled by 10 DE’s Ekaterina Samorukova, Waiting Room provides a glimpse into longing, restlessness and the quiet intensity of anticipation.
An examination of suspended time, the story uses liminal spaces such as waiting rooms, corridors and thresholds to provide a stage for an editorial that defines itself through an unsettling stillness.
Caught between one point and the next, the resulting imagery appears passive, yet charged with presence and tension, evoking a curious mix of longing and unease.
