Recognisable for his politically and culturally articulate but surrealist approach to film, sculpture, installation and live performance elements, Jansa\u2019s video work <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Silence of the Mole<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is currently on display as part of the The Czech and Slovak Pavilion at the 61st Venice Biennale. It encapsulates the early years of her creative practice while representing a key moment in history, when concentrated political, social and aesthetic shifts took place.
