Magnolia: an exclusive online editorial by JORDANN WOOD

“We met in Berlin several years ago through a mutual friend and have admired each other’s work ever since,” explains Stylist Rodriguez, when discussing her working relationship with photographer Jordann Wood. “Over time, this appreciation naturally evolved into working together on various projects and we immediately realized that our visions align in the same aesthetic- so working together always feels like an easy flow.”

For 10 DE, the creative duo created ‘Magnolia’, a sustainably-focused story, weaving in the stylist’s archive with key designer pieces. Inspirared by a personal shift they both experienced through motherhood, the flower from which the editorial takes its name, symbolises the arrival of spring, a sense of renewal, and the blossoming of a new cycle. “Womens lifes always move in cycles and for us, Magnolia also represents a balance between sensitivity and strength”, explains Rodriguez. Qualities that can be felt throughout the shoot.
