The London look has always been Westwood<\/a>. Since the days of punk, it\u2019s a name that\u2019s dressed the capital\u2019s most glorious individualists, a sentiment that still rings true today. This season, designer Andreas Kronthaler<\/a> dedicated his collection to the city he\u2019s called home since his early twenties, where styles born on the street still inform his design handwriting.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout, classic British style tropes were chewed up and spat out. Suits were re-energised thanks to swollen trousers and handsome blazers built with sloped shoulders. His approach was brilliantly bonkers. Like \u201880s-style ski suits laden in astrology prints, or woollen tights stamped with \u201cAndreas\u201d paired with electric blue, tinsel heels. There were plenty of great pieces that\u2019ll delight the loyal Westwood clientele, especially wispy evening dresses with plunging necklines and a fuzzy mohair opera coat that came in a dirtied yellow hue. Expect to see such pieces sauntering the streets of Soho in the not-too-distant future.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
