On Friday, 28 November, Berlin fashion label <\/span>Haderlump<\/span><\/a> made its mark with the debut of its first flagship store in Kreuzberg \u2014 and naturally, the city\u2019s creative crowd turned up to celebrate.<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Run by Creative Director Johann Ehrhardt and Brand Manager Julius Weissenborn, Haderlump has become one of the capital\u2019s most-watched labels. Their runway shows \u2014 staged everywhere from a Tempelhof hangar to an S-Bahn hall \u2014 have cemented the brand\u2019s aesthetic: raw, precise and radical. Think self-empowerment, sustainability and craftsmanship \u2014 done the Berlin way.<\/span>

The new 200 m\u00b2 space sits in a corner of Berlin that\u2019s refreshingly off-script: far from Kreuzberg\u2019s overly hyped spots and even further from the Checkpoint Charlie tourist parade.\u00a0 Inside, concrete, glass and steel mix in a crisp, Brutalist-tinged interior. The location is not just a store: it\u2019s a multi-functional creative space. Alongside the ready-to-wear pieces hanging together with the full archive at the entrance, visitors can watch the team constructing garments by hand in the atelier through broad glass panels.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n

The opening night was intimate and charged, with friends, longtime clients, and curious newcomers orbiting the space like it was already a cultural node, highlighted by a performance from Berlin composer and pianist <\/span>John Carlsson.<\/span><\/a> As Ehrhardt put it, \u201cThis place isn\u2019t only about showing our designs. It\u2019s about creating a space where people meet, exchange and get inspired. It\u2019s our way of giving something back to the city that shaped us.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

In a moment where the fashion landscape is unstable and retail feels increasingly dematerialised, Haderlump doubles down on community, craft and the physical experience. A distinctly Berlin power move \u2014 and an undeniably beautiful one.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
