This season Pucci invited friends and family of the brand to make the journey south to Sicily, where the show took place in the beautiful island of Ortigia located in Syracuse. Ever the expert at the picturesque, Miceli\u2019s Spring 2026 collection for the brand took place beneath the grand arches of the legendary Grotta Dei cordari \u2014 said to have been built by Ancient Greek, Dionysus of Syracuse, though more commonly known for its use of making ropes by craftsmen in the 17th century. By the still waters, the reflective lights hit the stone arches of the Cavern, as though dawn was breaking.<\/p>\n

It makes sense then that the collection is titled Alba, which means dawn or sunrise. Bursts of burnt oranges and Mount Etna reds and baked pinks sauntered on the runway, trimmed through black high split jersey dresses, embroidered onto bomber jackets and on semi sheer bodysuits. Capturing the light of dawn in different ways and shapes is something this collection does extremely well, from the effervescent 60\u2019s inspired knitted tunics and Ibiza Beach party ready thin strap dresses with sensuously low backs both in gold on gold print, to the sequined fringes \u2013 given the collection a darker edge, and the more romantic and feminine baked pink hues seen in occhi and vivara motifs on the skin tight jersey dresses and low waist bubble hem minis.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere, Pucci staples were reimagined with an athletic rigor, foulard dresses, hip-slung pareos paired with tops that bared toned abs. Accessories doubled as anchors for silhouettes in the form of big leather or metal belts, while jewellery was print inspired and deconstructed into multi pendant necklaces and a warrior ring.<\/p>\n

The collection balanced \u201990s-inspired slip dresses and liquid jersey prints against a grittier after-dark aesthetic of fishnets and sequins. Anchoring this evening wear were flashes of antique gold, topped off by Angelina Kendall closing out the show in a top made of solid jewellery.
